WTB, Inc. guarantees its products for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase: proof of purchase date is that specified on the receipt issued by an authorized dealer. A faulty product will be replaced by WTB, Inc. within the above-mentioned period if the defect is not due to carelessness, improper use or incorrect installation and provided the purchaser has reported the problem to WTB, Inc. within two months of detecting the defect. Non-compliance with the following indications invalidates any warranty: in which case WTB, Inc. will not be liable for any damage or injury possibly occurring. The warranty is offered only to the original purchaser and cannot be extended to third parties, and no dealer, agent or employee of WTB, Inc. is authorized to modify, extend and expand it. This warranty does not compromise any possible rights protected by the national laws regarding consumer goods, which the customer always has the right to exercise.

Wilderness Trail Bikes, Inc. (”WTB”) guarantees its products for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions will invalidate the warranty. Additionally, WTB is not liable for any damage or injury caused as a result of use of a damaged product once damage has been detected. A faulty product will be repaired or replaced by WTB, Inc. within two months of receipt if it is determined, in the opinion of WTB, Inc., that the defect is not due to carelessness, improper use or incorrect installation and provided the purchaser has complied with the aforementioned requirements. By accepting replacement part, customer waives all right to other claims arising from the damage to the part.

Specifications of the warranty are subject to change at any time without notice.

All other remedies, obligations, liabilities, rights, warranties, express or implied, arising from law or otherwise, including but not limited to, any claimed implied warranty of merchantability, any claimed implied warranty arising from course of performance, course of dealing or usage of trade, and any claimed implied warranty of fitness, are disclaimed by WTB and waived by the original owner. Some states, jurisdictions, countries, and provinces do not allow all of the limitations set forth herein, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. If any provision is found unenforceable, only that provision shall be stricken and all others shall apply. This limited warranty does provide the original owner with certain legal rights and recourse and the original owner may possess other rights or recourse, depending on the state, jurisdiction, country, or province in which he or she resides.
