Setting up your saddle
Height
We understand that even the right saddle for you can feel uncomfortable if it's in the wrong position. We have decades of experience fitting thousands of riders to all kinds of bikes and have developed a simple process to get your saddle in a good initial position.
Performing a simple heel-backpedal test will enable you to get a saddle height that is in an appropriate range. To further dial this in, consult a bike fitting professional.
Angle
So now you have the saddle at the right height, what about the angle? You should start by leveling the seating area of the saddle. This is the place in which your sit bones are resting.
